Q: What are your lead and shipping cut-off times?
A: The Ace Racing team appreciates speed. That’s why orders for in-stock items will ship same day if received by noon CST. All orders received after our same day cut-off time will ship the next day. Non-stock items usually ship within 3-5 days.
Custom products require lead time, inquire for details at the time of purchase.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept payment made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Parts that have been purchased through the Ace Racing online store and not yet installed may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If returning parts please contact customer service at 800 325 6138 or email@example.com to get your RMA# before beginning the shipping process. The RMA# must be referenced on both the return shipment’s outer packaging and packing slip. Returns that do not meet this requirement may be refused.
For warranty claims, see individual product details for a part’s warranty policy. Due to the unusual stresses placed on racing and performance products—and because we have no control over how they are used—some products are not warrantable and may not be returned.
